Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for most cities across Pakistan. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping may also be offered during selected promotions.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Please provide an active phone number and complete delivery address to avoid delays.

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the courier service.

Delivery Attempts

Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may contact you to arrange another attempt.

Incorrect or Damaged Parcel

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact HH Clothing as soon as possible after receiving your order. We recommend keeping the original packaging and providing photos or videos of the parcel where necessary.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
